Hydrocom N.V. was established on the 20th of July 1990 by Perry van Leesten and Jean van Leesten. Hydrocom N.V. specializes in engineering projects and project management since 2010.

Today, project preparation – design – budgeting – monitoring, and execution are our core. For the last few years, Hydrocom N.V. was involved with water management projects, education, food processing, water supply, hydroponics, drainage system design, deforestation, sluices, dams, dikes, rural roads, and the design or re-design of agriculture production areas.
