Hydrocom N.V.  was established on the 20th of July 1990 by Perry van Leesten and  Jean van Leesten. Hydrocom N.V.  does projects in engineering and project management since 2010. Before that time most activities were computer programming/software development and technical calculations. Today, project preparation, project design, project budgeting,  project monitoring, and project execution are our core.  For the last few years, Hydrocom N.V. was involved with water management projects, education, food processing,  water supply, hydroponics, design of drainage systems, deforestation, design of sluices, dams, dikes, rural roads, and the design or re-design of agriculture production areas.
